“VR The Diner Duo” Will Not Be Coming to PSVR

VR The Diner Duo is a virtual reality title that was released for the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift headset back in 3rd Nov 2016. It features a rather unique feature of local co-op gameplay, where the VR player can play together with another player on the same computer via monitor at the same time, a feature that isn’t found in many VR title.

The VR player play as a chef who has to cook the food, while the non-VR player play as the waiter (with keyboard and mouse or a gamepad), who is responsible to serve the food to the customers, serve them drinks and keep them entertained.

It seems that the Playstation VR audience has been asking for this title, which prompted the CEO of the developer company behind the game, Whirlybird Games, to issue a tweet that states that the game will not be coming to Playstation VR.

The game is now available for purchase on Steam for Vive and Rift.
