“VINDICTA” Coming to Oculus Rift & Price Drop on Sep 14th!

Game Cooks has just announced that their first person shooter adventure title “VINDICTA” is making its way to the Oculus Rift on September 14th!

Experience the thrill of VR action gaming in VINDICTA, a first person shooter game built from the ground-up for VR! Feel part of the action as you dive into VINDICTA, climbing and crawling your way through, picking up weapons, taking cover and shooting your way to the next levels!

This is one of my favorite VR action titles this year for several reasons, one of which is the rather unique locomotion system: an arm-swinging locomotion, which allows VR gamers who are prone to motion sickness, to move smoothly (by just swinging their arms). Alternately, VR gamers can also use the smooth and responsive trackpad movement too. In addition, VR gamers can also dodge and fire around corner at the evil robots, which brings an element of stealth and tactical movement into this game.

VINDICTA puts you into the shoes of an elite infantry agent, Agent V, as you are tasked to infiltrate the fortified facility of UB Industries, to put an end to their world domination plan (by using the robot army that they are constructing) once and for all.

Oculus Rift support isn’t the only good news that come out of today’s announcement for this title. Game Cooks will be delivering bug fixes, performance improvements, and most importantly, a discount to welcome players to this game – as the game will be price down to $12.89!

There’s just 2 weeks of waiting until the game arrives on Oculus Rift headset. In the meantime, do have a view at the official trailer of the game on HTC Vive.
