Preta: Vendetta Rising, an action adventure RPG title released early July on Steam as early access, was met with some controversy due to its in-app purchase system. Since then, players has voiced out their unhappiness about IAP for an early access title, and fortunately the developer has listened and agreed.
The developer has since then, remove items from their shop with every subsequent updates. To prove their sincerity in their non-apology, they have decided to fix the game’s core design, rather than merely adding additional contents.
The latest update now remove all hard currency and Diamond purchase options, while adding a more intuitive multiplayer raid system, as well as Japanese text. The price of the game has also dropped from $34.99 to $9.99 as well. Check out the full change log here.
