“Sports Bar VR” Crossplay Update Lands Tomorrow

Cherry Pop Games has announced that they are dropping an update for Sports Bar VR tomorrow on all its released platforms (Steam, PSN Store, Oculus Store). This update will feature crossplay support for the game across all platforms and headsets, which pool all of its users together in multiplayer. You can play and interact with other players even if they are wearing a different VR headset yours, after you update the game tomorrow!

Bringing the virtual pub experience to your living room, SportsBar VR is the ultimate social VR game. Featuring an awesome set of bar games and incredible pool simulation SportsBar VR provides one of the most immersive single player, and social multiplayer experiences in VR.

This update will at the same time, sees a bunch of new content, which includes increasing the limit from six to twelves, new mini game and an interactive puzzle walls.

Back in mid July, Cherry Pop Games actually delivered an update which ‘lay the groundwork’ for the cross platform update, such as an update to the version of the Unreal Engine that they were using. This game is out now for PSVR, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.
