A couple of months back, Warner Bros laid out their plan through a press release for the various promotion of Justice League movie with a series of VR experiences. In this experience, player will step into the shoes of iconic DC Justice League members, like Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg.
If you haven’t gather it by now, movie tie-in VR experiences are rarely worth anyone’s time, and it goes for this title too: the VR experience allows you to suit up as individual members of the Justice League. Each character has their own individual unique mini-game which you can partake (and last 90 seconds each), for example, you can fight parademons as Wonder Woman or take out enemy drones as Cyborg.
This title releases today on Australia PSN, and cost $14.95, while the Google Cardboard VR version (iOS and Google Playstore) was released for free last month. WB promises “expanded functionality and features over the Google Cardboard version”.
This experience will be released for ‘transactional purchase’ for HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Samsung Gear VR, Google Daydream and the rest of the regions for Playstation VR later this month. It will feature additional modes, expanded missions, controllers, spartial tracking and room scale tracking (depending on platforms) over the Google Cardboard version.
