Operation Apex has been released today on Steam by Curiscope today, with publishing by HTC Vive Studios.
This title is an exploration/adventure game that features 3 underwater environments. You will put on your diving suit of a research assistant, as you accompany with some global leading marine scientists, and embark on a trip to search for the largest great white shark that humanity has ever seen. You will be assisting the expeditions by collecting data from the marine life around you, learn about the ocean’s precious ecosystem and our individual impact on it.
The title will allow you to interact with the marine lives that are rarely seen outside of their natural habitats. The marine life in this title has the ability to react to your presence as well, creating an immersive and enthralling experience.
All of the models were created to be as realistic as possible, down to the way the kelp sways with the ocean currents. Curiscope has claimed that they have been conducting in depth researches on these underwater environments to provide a compelling simulation.
