White Door Games has recently updated Dreadhalls for Samsung Gear VR, adding full support for its controller. In the comment for the announcement on its facebook page, White Door Games also revealed that they have plans to port the title over to Google’s mobile VR platform, Google Daydream in the future.
You will wake up in a scarcely lit dungeon. Find its exit, and avoid the creatures that dwell in it. Your only weapons will be stealth, your own courage, and a faint light that you’ll have to keep fed with oil, lest you want the darkness to engulf you.
Dreadhalls is an intense and scary experience, not for the faint of heart. You have been warned!
While this is not an official announcement (yet), this indeed sounds promising and good to hear this. This title already support almost every all major VR platforms and headsets available now except for probably the Google Daydream platform. VR owners on PC can grab this title off Steam with a 25% off now as part of Steam Winter sales, and this title is also available on PSVR as part of HeroCade bundle. Oculus Rift users can also purchase it off Oculus Store, and if you are intending to purchase the Gear VR version, you can check out the Oculus Store too.
