Survival exploration title “Subnautica” is set to launch as a full fledged title, after 4 years in the making. Unknown Worlds Entertainment is holding a countdown launch at the site here, and they are scheduling to showcase some stuffs on the launch, such as a new cinematic trailer, developers interview and others.
Descend into the depths of an alien underwater world filled with wonder and peril. Craft equipment, pilot submarines and out-smart wildlife to explore lush coral reefs, volcanoes, cave systems, and more – All while trying to survive.
In Subnautica, you find yourself trying to survive in an alien ocean world, after crash landing in your life pod. You will have to scavenge and craft resources like food and develop equipment like diving gear, knives and light as you try to stay alive.
Subnautica supports both HTC Vive and Oculus Rift headsets, but there is no motion controllers support (you will have to use a mouse and keyboard or a gamepad to play the game in VR).
